(3 when I was running patrols there and other things). neither side (usa vs China) pushes things because the fall out isn’t worth the payout. Huge defense expenditures are not hallmarks of nations at peace. However the Korea’s are a perfect example of my position. It is the most heavily defended border in the world because neither side finished the job, with a steady level of minor incursions/ firefights.
